Nature of the work

The delivery person ensures that orders are delivered to the satisfaction of customers and to Scores standards. They use their own vehicule to deliver orders to homes and to businesses.

Main functions

Delivers the meals and ensures quality service while complying with the Scores customer service steps and road safety regulations;
Presents the bill to customers and collects the amount due balances daily transactions;
Completes orders;
Distributes the orders;
Replenishes condiments, desserts and other items on the work surfaces;
Complies with road safety regulations;
Ensures that his or her vehicle is clean and in good working orders;
Has a professional appearance;
Applies health regulations as to cleanliness;
Applies safety regulations;
Applies the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System;
Complies with equipment usage guidelines;
Complies with maintenance guidelines for restaurant and the equipment;
Ensures his or her work area is clean;
Organizes his or her work area efficiently;
Executes all other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

A few years of high school may be required. Possession of a valid driver’s licence and a vehicule are essential. Attention to details and adaptability are required. Interpersonal skills, facility with meeting people, teamwork, collaboration, and good verbal communications skills are required. Bilingualism may be required. Good personal grooming, integrity, ability to manage stress, dynamism, autonomy and flexibility are required.

Working conditions

The schedule varies according to the position, and may include days, nights or weekends. Part time works is available. The schedule can include split shifts. Must have a vehicule.
